🛑 Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@shopdecorwarehouse.com.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, returns and exchanges are available.

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition—unused and undamaged
  • Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: For faster service, return your item and place a new order separately
  • No restocking fees
  • No final sale items—you’re always covered

💡 Note: If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a deduction may apply (as agreed upon).


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@shopdecorwarehouse.com so we can make it right.

🌍 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase with your return

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
